In 1990 the Rolling Hills Community Association needed to relocate and expand their facilities.  It was Criss that the Association selected to design and assist in the construction of their new home.

A site behind city hall was selected where the association's current equipment storage building was sited.  The new Association offices were to house the Association's staff, and provide the Architectural Review Committee, as well as the Association Board, much needed meeting space.  Also, the building was to continue to house the maintenance office space and equipment for the Association.

Completed in 1992, the building is a wonderful example for Rolling Hills residents of Ranch style architecture with it's playful massing, covered porches and softening trellises, large divided lite windows and crowning cupola.

After this very successful project, Criss desinged the Crest Road Gatehouse for the Association.
